It is hard to belive that in one week Abigail Rose is going to be
eight months old. She is growing like a weed! We are also excited
about Christmas, we got a little taste at Thanksgiving! I think that we are really going to have some fun. She loves paper the way it is so this should be a good time! I think that her Grandma and Grandpa McMullen are really excited for Christmas too. I think they had a little to much fun buying presents for their Grandkids. But I guess thats what you get to do when you are a Grandparent!

Our First Thanksgiving with having kids, went really well. There was only one slight problem everyone including the kids got the flu. So it made for an interesting Thanksgiving! Everyone is doing great now! We can't wait to see everyone again!

When Aunt Dawn, Uncle Tyler and Maxton were home we were able to get Abigail and Maxton's pictures taken! They did so great. We had the pictures taken so that we could give them as gifts on Thanksgiving. Since Dawn won't be here for Christmas! Everyone loved them!

Abbie and Bo

Last weekend we were able to go to Lexington to visit with our friends the Stutzman's. Bo and Abbie had a good time playing it won't be long and Abbie will be following Bo every where! It was great to see our friends and to see how Bo and Abigail acted together!

Our First Family Photo

Our First family photo session went okay, except for the fact that it was freezing outside the day we were supposed to have our pictures taken. But we made it! And the pictures turned out great! We had fun except that we were a little cold and had runny noses by the time that we were done!

Abigail is 6 months old!!

Abigail Rose was 6 months old on October 13th. It is so hard to believe that she is half a year old already! When we went for her 6 month check up she weighed 15.1 lbs and was 25 3/4 inches long. She is growing like a weed! We went to The Great Pumpkin Patch just down the road from our house to take Abbie's 6 month pictures. It was a lot of fun we ate leaves, pumpkin stems and even dirt. I think that Abbie enjoyed it! Abbie loves to put everything in her mouth right now so that is why she was testing out the above! We are going to be leaving on the 27th to go and see our new cousin Maxton Michael Boddy! We can't wait to see him! I will have pictures of the two of them together soon! I hope not to wait as long as I did last time to update my blog! It has been really busy with harvesting and the pumpkin season! But that is all most over!!

Go Illini!!

On October 11th Nelson and I got to go to the Illini game! We were going to take Abigail but we decieded that it would be much easier to take her next year when she is older. Our good friends the Rocke's watched Abigail while Nelson and I went to the game. But Abbie was at home rooting for the Illini!!

One morning while I was feeding Abbie her breakfast she thought it would be fun to play in her leftover food! Needless to say she had it everywhere! She also liked playing with her spoon once she figured out which end went in her mouth!! She is so much fun! I love being a Mom!
